Monday Hills, Wednesday Speed and Saturday Long Runs
Starts monday August 8th, 2016 - Houston Marathon 2017
Monday Hill Training - You should be warmed up and ready for the group starts at 5:20am or 6:05am.
Core exercises offered at base after each Monday workout.
Wednesday Speed Workouts meet at SouthEast Corner of Memorial Park by Gazebo : Any time Between 5am-7am
Saturday 6am supported Long Run (iced water & gatorade every 2 miles on supported course)
Monday workouts and Long Run meet at Jackson Hill Baseball Field.

Bring a towel for our 15 minutes of core training or stretching which takes place after the long runs.
Customized training schedules provided for 5K, 10K, half marathon or marathon.
Suitable for runners of all abilities. You should be able to comfortably jog 3 miles before joining this program
Cost: $285 (after $50 discount for combining both Speed and Marathon programs)
