  • Monday Hill Training - You should be warmed up and ready for the group starts at 5:20am or 6:05am
  • Core exercises offered at base after each workout.
  • Saturday 6am supported Long run
  • All workouts meet at Jackson Hill Baseball Field. Click here to see map of meeting place.
  • Bring a towel for our 15 minutes of core training or stretching which takes place after every workout.
  • Customized training schedules provided for 5K, 10K, half marathon or marathon.
  • Suitable for runners of all abilities. You should be able to comfortably jog 3 miles before joining this program
